Exclamation Comics works much like your average web store: you can browse around the products on offer, add stuff you like to your virtual shopping cart using conveniently placed "Buy Now!" buttons and, if you're done shopping, you can proceed to the checkout, fill in some details and place your orders.
There's an extra however. Besides ordering books from our store, you can also subscribe to on-going series. Subscribing ensures you won't miss a single issue of your favorite series and, on top of that, every customer who has at least three active subscriptions gets a 20% discount on every item from our store!
You may cancel your orders at any time.
We send out comics every two weeks, but if you're a subscription holder, you might not want your orders to be delivered spread out that much. This is why your account settings allow you to specify a delivery threshold: only if the total value of the items we have in stock for you exceeds this threshold, we'll send you those items in a package. If you want your comics to be sent as they come in, just specify your threshold as zero. If you press the 'Send now' button, we'll ignore the threshold and send you everything we have in stock for you. Not a subscription holder? We will try and send out your order in one shipment. If we are not able to do that due to whatever reason, don\t worry: you will only have to pay for shipping once.
Our shipping rates are shown in the table below. We only ship cash on delivery within the Netherlands; the CoD surcharge is € 10.

Retrieving and delivering any items you order generally takes us up to two weeks. Some items have limited availability however, the earlier before release you order these, the better (also see "Item Availability" below).
We take great care to ensure any orders you place arrive at your doorstep safely. If, despite our efforts, goods still arrive damaged, or if items are missing from your package, please let us know as quickly as possible via orders@decomicshop.nl, and return any damaged items to our address listed below (no postage required). We will send you a new copy of the damaged/missing good as soon as we can or, if the item has become unavailable, refund you.
All items listed in the current issue of Diamond Previews are available for pre-order. We will do our best to retrieve any back issues you are interested in: you can order these via our online catalogue or alternatively via our contact form. We will then keep you posted on their availability and price (as prices of backorders are subject to change).
While graphic novels and trade paperbacks generally stay available for long periods, single issues do not. To ensure succesful retrievement of a single issue, it is advised to order it at least a month before release. Note: most items will appear in our catalogue two months before their release.
As stated above, at Exclamation Comics we aim to deliver you the comics you want, in perfect condition, as quickly as possible. That being said, there are some things we do not guarantee:
Cover looks
Some items ship with variant covers. Some thumbnails are preliminary art released by the publisher. We cannot guarantee the cover of your comic, trade paperback or graphic novel is identical to the one shown in our catalogue, except in those rare cases where you can order a specific cover. The variant covers we receive we distribute randomly across buyers.
Age suitability
If you're an underage buyer, make sure you check with your parents or legal guardian what items you may buy. While pornographic or obviously offensive material is kept from our online catalogue, tastes and pedagogical philosophies differ and some of our items might not be considered suitable for all ages, due to appearances of nudity, use of foul language or graphic violence. We are not liable for online sales of material deemed offensive. We will, of course, be of assistance if you need help judging the appropiateness of an item.
Cancellations/failed orders
Publishers sometimes cancel items they have solicited. Other times, released items we order are simply not delivered in time. There's not much we can do about that, so don't blame us. Obviously, if you paid for a cancelled item, you will get a refund. Late items will be shipped to you as soon as we receive them, at no shipping cost.
Pricing
Back issues and older trade paperbacks are subject to price changes, as stock supply diminishes. We cannot guarantee the prices in our online catalogue are still valid for older items. If the price of any of your ordered items is different than listed on our site, we will inform you on current pricing via e-mail, after which you can decide whether you want to let the order go through.
