Ordering
You will receive a notification of your order by e-mail and so you can check if the order is correct. Please let us know if there are any errors. After checking if the item is available, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we can deliver to you and we'll send you the item(s) as soon as possible.
Item availability
Items are always available in limited supply only. It is possible that ordered items cannot be shipped by us, or can only be shipped after a period of time. In no way can we be held accountable if we fail to meet your orders. We will however always try to find a satisfying solution if we cannot deliver.
Delivery time
It will generally take a maximum of three weeks after release to ship a newly released item to you, but usually you will receive the item during the week of its release. We are not liable for any changes in release date or late deliveries.
Cancellations
Until we send out your orders, you can cancel them at any time. Any respective paymeny already transferred will then be refunded. Exclamation Comics can at any point decide to refuse services, at its own discretion.
Discounts
Active subscription holders get a special discount at our store. Active subscription holders are defined as customers who are subscibed to comic book series with planned future releases with Exclamation Comics. Discounts with Exclamation Comics stack unless specified otherwise, I.e. the total discount is the sum of all discounts that apply to your account.
Pricing
Prices on our site are specified in euros. Taxes are included, but shipping costs are not. Shipping only has to be paid once at a fixed price that is dependent on your geographical location, even if we spread out your items over several packages. Active subscription holders maximally pay for shipping once per month, again regardless of the amount of packages sent.
Payment
After your order has been confirmed, you have 40 days to transfer your payment. After this time, additional costs may be taken into account. Also, further services of us to you can be cancelled from such a point onwards, at our discretion.
Returns
Any items damaged beyond what can reasonably be expected can be returned, after which an identical item will be mailed to you as soon as possible, at no extra cost. If the item has become unavailable, you will receive a voucher with a worth equal to the price of the damaged item. 'Reasonably expectable' damage includes small spine cracks, minor miscuttings or irregular page width. These are common printing error that we do not consider as being detrimental to reader enjoyment. On the other hand, water damage, dog-ears, rips and stains are the types of damage we do offer returns for.

Incomplete/erroneous packages
Every package we send to you will be accompanied by a receipt, stating both the contents of the package and their price. If we have billed you for any items you haven't ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. You can then send us the item (we will pay for transport, obviously) and will not have to pay for it (see 'Returns' for our address). If items you ordered are listed on the receipt, but not present in the package, also let us know as soon as possible, so that we can retrieve the missing item for you, which we will send to you at no additional cost. If items are present in the package, but not listed on the receipt, you can consider the content a gift and will not be billed for it. If there is no receipt delivered with your package, don't despair. We always send a copy of the bill to your e-mail address!
Age
While we generally avoid putting anything outright pornographic in our catalog, different parents have different thoughts on what is decent material for their children to read (as do states). You can only buy items from this site if they are legal in your area of residence and, in case you are a minor, if a parent or legal guardian deems the material appropiate. Exclamation Comics does not label items as being suitable for minors or not, but if you are in doubt about the contents of any given item, we will gladly help you decide upon age suitability.
